Septic Tanks

Septic tanks have 3 common problems usually caused by the build-up of grease, soap or detergent, and fat:

      1. Lines to the tank clog up.

      2. Sludge and scum build-up in the tank prevents proper separation of grease and solids.

      3. Sludge build-up prevents proper anaerobic bacteria action. Turbulence then occurs in the tank allowing grease and solids to flow and clog the pores in the drain field. Pumping by a reputable company and a preventive maintenance program including NOKOMIS DRAIN MAGIC can prevent problems from reoccurring and the tank should always run efficient and clog free.
